Delivery

If you realize a typo in your email and you would like to correct it, notify our support team by creating a ticket.

If you have not received your paper(s) in your mailbox, check the spam/junkie folder.

Normally this happens when the sender email (delivery@topjointexams.co.ke) is not whitelisted. To avoid the same from happening, mark the email from TOP Joint Exams as 'Looks Safe' or 'Report not spam'.

If you selected WhatsApp as your channel of delivery and you are getting the warning above, this means that you are using an outdated version of WhatsApp.


This majorly happens to those clients using WhatsApp mods such as GBWhatsApp, YoWhatsApp, FMWhatsApp, etc. To overcome this error you will be required to update your version of WhatsApp. Otherwise, we recommend stock WhatsApp (original WhatsApp from PlayStore)

Orders

On rare occasions, Safaricom will fail to send the STK Push. But if you fail to receive the STK Push, you can contact us directly on WhatsApp at 0798175931.
