1. By default, the system is designed to deliver orders to the email provided during the checkout process. Go to your mailbox and locate an email from delivery@topjointexams.co.ke. Click on the thread to open the mail.

2. Scroll down to see the attached documents. Hover over the document to reveal the download icon. Click on the download icon to download the paper(s) to your device.

NB: If the paper(s) were delivered to spam, you may first need to whitelist our email address by clicking on 'Looks safe' or 'Report not spam'.

Your downloaded paper(s) are stored in your download folder.
